Highways England picks consultants for next five years
Highways England has named the consultants it will use to deliver technical services and procurement advice over the next five years.
The next generation Specialist Professional and Technical Services (SPaTS2) framework will deliver the Government’s £27.4bn RIS 2 programme and is valued at £300m.
Newcomers for the latest SPaTS line-up include Amey, Costain, Jacobs and PwC.

Highways England will soon tender for a commercial and project management services framework to replace other parts of the original SPaTS framework.
